Sephora Sale Spring 2020 Haul

Hi all!

With the Sephora sale wrapping up tomorrow, I thought I’d quickly share with you all each of the items I picked up so that you can make a last-minute order while the products are still discounted.

Makeup

Kosas Wet Lip Oil Gloss: this is the BEST lip gloss on the market, in my opinion. I have two shades – Jellyfish, a clear shade, and Dip, a neutral pearly nude. They are super smooth and hydrating on the lips, and the packaging is adorable!

Patrick Ta Major Brow Shaping Wax: I’ve been using soap in my brows for a few months now and love the fluffy effect it gives, but I wasn’t loving the whitecast it sometimes caused. This new brow wax gives the same effect but with a softer feel, and no white flakes. I got the clear shade but I’m super curious to try the tinted shade as well!

Urban Decay single eyeshadow in Naked: I sometimes struggle finding the right crease shade for my eye looks. I like the shade Naked because it’s neither too warm nor too cool-toned, and I think Urban Decay has one of the best eyeshadow formulas around.

Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Bronzer: This was one of the most highly-anticipated makeup drops for me. I picked up the shade Amber, which is the perfect contour shade for light skin. I do, however, wish I picked up Butta Biscuit instead so that I could use it to contour AND bronze. Amber is definitely too cool-toned for bronzing, but it does make a beautiful contour. These blend incredibly well, too. I also picked up this portable contour brush to use with it.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Highlighter Wand: I’ve seen the peach and pink shades of these used as blush and loved the glowy look it gives. The shade Pinkgasm is such a gorgeous, glowy pink blush and makes the skin look healthy and radiant.

Make Up For Ever Artist Color Pencil: I love these multi-use pencils. I have the shade Wherever Walnut and it’s the perfect lip liner for me. I picked up the shade Unlimited Blue, a gorgeous aqua color, to use in my waterline for a nice pop of color during the summer.

Kosas 10-Second Liquid Eyeshadow: I love Kosas as a brand and have wanted to try these shadows since they were released. I purchased the shades Globe and 333 – Globe is perfect for an everyday wash of champagne/gold shimmer, and 333 is a beautiful lavender color, which is super on-trend for spring makeup. I love how easy these are to apply and I didn’t notice much creasing with them at all!

Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner: If you read my posts, you know I LOVE my Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in the shade Pillow Talk. I wear it with almost any lip color or lip gloss. I’ve been wanting to try Iconic Nude for a while now, as Pillow Talk is definitely a pink. I’m hoping it won’t be too warm-toned on my naturally rosy lips.

Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation: To be honest, I don’t wear foundation that often, but when I do I want something that looks natural and skin-like and doesn’t emphasize dryness. I’ve heard so many great things about this foundation and have wanted to try it for a long time. As much as it pains me to spend $42 on a MINI size, I figured the sale was the best time to give it a try.

Skincare

Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum: I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t drink nearly enough water and sometimes my skin really shows that. I’m a big fan of (most of) Drunk Elephant’s products and have wanted a full size of this for a while. It’s a nice serum that can be used on its own as a lightweight moisturizer or be mixed with other serums and creams.

Sunday Riley Good Genes: This is one of those miracle products that shows results within a couple of days. I’ve received samples before and after two or three nights of use I noticed a huge improvement in the texture on my forehead. It’s super pricey, so the sale is the perfect time to get a hold of it.

Tower 28 SOS Save.Our.Skin Daily Rescue Facial Spray: This is an amazing facial spray that really helps calm the skin from irritation and keep acne at bay thanks to its antibacterial properties. I left mine in Vermont before the stay at home order began and haven’t had access to it, so I picked up a mini size.

Hair

IGK Mistress Hydrating Hair Balm: Lastly, I picked up this IGK hair product after falling in love with a sample of it. Just a dime-sized amount helps keep my hair frizz-free and it smells amazing, too.

Did you pick anything up this go-round? Let me know in the comments!

Xo,

Meg
