Sephora Sale Fall 2022 Wish List

Sephora sale wishlist beauty products hair products perfume

Hi friends,

It’s been a while! I have been so caught up with work that I haven’t blogged since right after New Years. I thought I’d attempt to get back in the game with another of my usual posts – a Sephora VIB sale wish list roundup.

Let’s start with makeup.

Makeup

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray

I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this setting spray. From its fine mist to the longevity it adds to your makeup, this is on my list of things to try. Not sure if I’ll buy the full size version or get one of the holiday kits that comes with two mini bottles.

Pat McGrath Mothership X Eyeshadow Palette: Moonlit Seduction

These bad boys are pricey. I have one PMG eyeshadow palette – the Huetopian Dream palette – and it’s such incredible quality. However, they’re definitely not great palettes for day-to-day wear since they have a lot of glitter, so I can never justify paying full price. I’ve been eyeing Moonlit Seduction since it came out so I may pull the trigger with my Rouge 20% off. I love the look of her Divine Rose palette as well as this little quad.

Gucci Beauty Blush

This blush has been calling my name since its release. I adore the Gucci bronzer, so I have high hopes for the blush as well. The packaging is just stunning, too.

Dior Backstage Concealer

I want to try the new(ish) Dior Backstage Concealer. I love that it has a brush applicator instead of the standard doe-foot tip. I’ve heard mixed reviews on this, but the Backstage foundation is so good and I’d hope this concealer is too. I also have my eye on the new Charlotte Tilbury concealer. Currently, I’m using and loving both the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Self-Setting Concealer (super thin consistency) and the Tik Tok-viral Kosas Revealer concealer. I hated the Kosas one the first time I tried it (literally threw it away) but decided to try it again this summer and fell in love.

Simihaze Beauty

Simihaze beauty liquid cheek tint blush

This brand, started by Simi and Haze Khadra (essentially two Palestinian nepotism babies/influencers turned DJs) is so incredibly overpriced… but their ads have gotten to me since the brand started. They just dropped at Sephora for the first time this week. I have my eyes on the Velvet Blur Matte Lip Balm, Super Slick Tinted Lip Balm, Sun Flush All-Over Face Tint, and Lunar Lip Gel Lip Gloss.

Skincare

Merit Beauty Great Skin serum

Merit recently released their first skincare product: the Great Skin Instant Glow Serum with Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid. My skin tends to love niacinamide, and I think this serum seems really innovative in that it has an instant brightening effect.

Fenty Skin Butta Drop Whipped Oil Body Cream

I’ve tried samples of this body cream and it’s truly one of a kind. It’s deeply hydrating but has enough oil in it to leave behind a radiant look even after it absorbs. The limited edition “soft gold shimmer” version is very intriguing to me. I’m hoping it’s a subtle gold shimmer vs. a visible glitter.

Farmacy Holiday Party Green Clean Trio

Farmacy makes one of my favorite cleansing balms. They’re non-irritating and take off makeup so well without clouding my eyes. This set of three cleansing balms includes three exclusive scents: pear punch, blueberry burst, and tangerine twist. They are smaller than the full size cleansing balms, but are the perfect size for traveling and to try out different fragrances.

Sol de Janeiro Bom Dia Bright Clarifying AHA BHA Body Wash

I love using exfoliating acids on my body to help combat clogged pores and KP (keratosis pilaris). While I do like to use a strong body scrub like this one, I would love to try this Sol de Janeiro body wash – it has one of my favorite scents from the brand and would help combat winter skin issues.

Fragrance

I feel like there have been so many awesome fragrance and candle launches lately. I’ve been loving Prada’s new scent, Paradoxe, but here are some others on my wish list.

Boy Smells Candles

Boy Smells is such a great company for candles & now fragrances. I have a few of their candles on my wish list, but at the top are Cedar Stack and Slow Burn. This set would make a perfect holiday gift!

Ellis Brooklyn APRÈS Eau de Parfum

I recently got the travel size version of this and fell in love. It’s the perfect woodsy winter scent. Ellis Brooklyn is a clean brand and their packaging is to die for. This perfume is perfect for anyone who likes woodsy smells like Le Labo Santal 33 but doesn’t want something that’s too masculine.

By Rosie Jane Dulce

By Rosie Jane, another clean brand at Sephora, launched their latest scent Dulce this month. With notes of vanilla, chocolate, and hinoki wood, I pretty much have to try this.

Commodity & DedCool

Fragrance brand Commodity re-launched at Sephora after a few years of rebranding and reformulating. Velvet was one of my favorite scents, but I’d also love to try Milk.

DedCool also joined the Sephora family this fall. Their Milk Eau de Parfum is an incredibly wearable soft musky scent similar to Juliette Has a Gun Not a Perfume and Glossier You.

Haircare

Sol de Janeiro Triple Brazilian Butter Hair Mask

This Sol de Janeiro hair mask is one of the best I’ve ever tried. It has that incredible Bum Bum Cream smell, and every time I use it my hair is left silky soft, tangle-free, and air dries incredibly. Mine is running low so I plan to restock.

Dry Shampoo

The Sephora sale is a great time to stock up on every day essentials like dry shampoo. My favorites are the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day (PhD) Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo and the Amika Perk Up dry shampoo. I may try Amika’s new “Extended Clean” version, too.
