If you follow any bloggers, chances are you’ve seen them mention LIKEtoKNOW.it, or seen it tagged in their posts with a short link at the end of a caption. But after polling my followers and talking to friends and family, it became apparent to me that a lot of people have no idea what it actually is, how it works, or how to use it.
LIKEtoKNOW.it is a free shopping app that allows you to shop easily via Instagram. When registered with a LIKEtoKNOW.it account, if you screenshot any photo tagged with the LIKEtoKNOW.it link and hashtag, the app will automatically send you an email with outfit details and links to purchase any items tagged by the influencer. Alternatively, you can then visit the app and see any photos you’ve screenshotted have been automatically matched and the product details displayed in-app. Within the app itself, you can also search for and follow influencers, and scroll through a feed of influencers you follow.
LIKEtoKNOW.it is great for finding those pieces you see influencers wearing that you want in your closet, too. It’s not only for clothes – LIKEtoKNOW.it can also display home decor, beauty products, and more.
To become a LIKEtoKNOW.it influencer, bloggers must apply through RewardStyle, LIKEtoKNOW.it’s parent company. Once approved, they are able to include LIKEtoKNOW.it on their Instagram photos.

For example, if you really liked the lemon print dress I posted on my Instagram feed, it’s as simple as registering for an account (takes two minutes), screenshotting that photo, and visiting the app to see exactly where I bought the dress from.
Not only does LIKEtoKNOW.it allow you to find cute clothes and more, but by signing up for LIKEtoKNOW.it you can support your favorite influencers and bloggers (like me!) by shopping via their links. If you were to purchase something directly from one of my LIKEtoKNOW.it posts, I would receive a (very small) commission from that purchase, at no extra cost to you. LIKEtoKNOW.it and RewardStyle also allow bloggers like me to earn commission off of items linked on my blog. The influencer is given a tool to generate special, personalized links for each item, so when you purchase directly from my link, that commission is put directly into my LIKEtoKNOW.it account.
