I took a trip to Target yesterday to return something, so of course I ended up spending an hour there perusing the store and trying some things on! I thought I’d do a little round-up of some of the stuff I found, loved, and bought so you can check out my finds as well.
This crewneck London sweatshirt was SO cute. If you look at the Target Style posts, you can see how cute it’s been styled by other bloggers! Since I studied abroad in London in 2016, it caught my eye immediately. It’s so comfy, perfectly oversized, and only $20. A total steal! I would’ve picked it up if I didn’t already have so many sweatshirts in my collection. For reference, I tried on a small (my typical size) and it was the perfect amount of oversized on me.
Target’s activewear line Joy Lab has a ton of cute workout pieces, and I took this periwinkle blue tie-dye top home with me. It’s listed as a sweatshirt, but it’s super lightweight – more like a normal long sleeve top. It’s perfect for wearing over leggings or jeans for a casual look or throwing on over workout clothes. They also had two really cute ombre sweatshirts of the same design – one neon yellow and one blue.
Also from Joy Lab, I fell in love with this neon set! Sold as separates, there are matching sports bras and leggings in dark blue, neon yellow, and a light grey-blue color. I picked up the sports bra in neon yellow and ordered the leggings in my typical size small as they were out of smalls in-store. They seem really high quality and the full set is around $50.
I popped by to check out the swimsuits and found lots of cute options, but this one I especially loved. This bikini is so unique with a western belt-like closure on the straps. It makes me want to go to Coachella or something! I like that this set is one of the few Target sells with “cheeky” bottoms – in my opinion, they’re not all that cheeky, but they’re better than the rest of Target’s bikini bottoms that tend to look like a diaper on me. The top is linked here and the bottom is here.
I usually wear an old t-shirt and athletic shorts to bed, so I decided to pick up some cute pajamas for once. This set from Stars Above is so soft and really comparable to more expensive sets sold at Nordstrom or Eberjey. I got it in a light pink and white stripe colorway, but I’m unable to find it on the website. Check your local store for that color combo!
This shirt spoke to me. As a single dog mom (or dog sister, technically), this shirt is me to a T. It runs TTS, but definitely size up if you want a looser, more oversized fit for tucking into jeans.
Here are some more Valentine’s Day finds I saw at Target:
